I ship all items first class mail. Domestic mail generally takes 3-5 business days and international mail around 2-4 weeks. As the holidays approach shipping may take a little bit longer than usual - so your patience is greatly appreciated :)
Products with pending payments will not be sent out until the payment is cleared. Shipment will be sent out 1-5 business days following a cleared payment. Please be sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout with your Etsy order I am not responsible if you put the incorrect address in this space.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, but if you receive an item that is damaged, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for a replacement.
