Creating a forever keepsake from your dried flowers is a wonderful way to remember a special event. Weddings and anniversaries are just some of the memorable events in our lives.

If you are unable to ship or drop off your bouquet, or if your wedding has already happened, we can replicate your bouquet to the best of our ability using what is available through local floral wholesalers. This is an additional fee that can be added and will require submission of 2-3 photos of your full bouquet.

We will always try our best to include all elements of the bouquet. However, some elements are not suitable for framing.
As these are real dried species you need to know that they might fade after some time. It’s because I don’t dye them, so it comes along with a natural process of passing.

You can choose to pay for the full amount of the listing now or you can reserve your spot for a non-refundable deposit of $50. There is no additional fee for reserving your spot. This reservation deposit will be applied to your final balance. We will email you an invoice for the remaining balance. The total balance must be paid BEFORE you ship us your flowers. We will not begin working on your artwork until your full balance is paid, and we are not responsible for any flowers until the balance is paid in full.

This keepsake is best for a few very small blooms/fragments no larger than .75" flowers no larger than 1.5" in width/height. They must be able to be pressed flat. Please check out my other keepsake pieces for more size options (if you need help choosing the best fit for your flowers, I am happy to help...just message me before purchase).

This flowers frame creation is filled with emotions and feelings. It contains an emotional connection to that moment in time, to that last goodbye, to that moment you want to last forever.....

Processing time takes up to 8-12 weeks once the flowers are received.

Flowers can be send previously dried or fresh.If they arrive fresh allow 1-2 weeks for us to preserve them for use in this keepsake.Flowers that are previously dried or fresh should be wrapped loosely in a dry paper towel,placed inside of an unsealed plastic baggie or brown paper bag.
Do not seal the bag as this can cause mold and faster deterioration.Also you may immerse them in silica gel crystals, available at craft shops for $5-$10/lb, and seal them in an airtight container for a day or two until they’re dried out.
Flowers are mailed either by overnight or 2 day at most. Fresher flowers have better results. Certain flowers are not able to be pressed since they will not fit into the thin glass frames. I will let you know which ones will not work well.
You may also specify personalisation if flowers are provided e.g for the arrangement of flowers. If you leave this blank then I shall assume that you’re happy for me to make this decision myself.
Packing:

Needed: Box, 2-3 rolls paper towel, plastic baggie.

BARE STEMMED BOUQUET (No holder or handle) / Stems Only:

1.Trim Stems

2.Wrap STEMS in wet paper towel and then put the stems into a baggie and place a rubber band around them to hold in moisture.

3.Wrap the BLOSSOMS gently and loosely in DRY PAPER TOWEL. DO NOT WRAP BLOSSOMS IN PLASTIC!

BOUQUET IN A PLASTIC HOLDER with FOAM:

1.Gently check to see if the foam is drying out and carefully add water, pouring off excess.

2.Gently and loosely wrap the blossoms in DRY PAPER TOWEL. DO NOT WRAP BLOSSOMS IN PLASTIC!



SHIPPING BOTH TYPES OF BOUQUETS:

Place bouquet, upright if possible, in a box larger than the bouquet with wadded up paper towel all around the bouquet. Pack loosely enough for the bouquet to move a little, but not bang around the box. If you USE ANY FROZEN PACKS make sure they are not loose in a box,secure it with a tape to the bottom.(If you don't secure it They thaw & beat up the flowers)

Do NOT require a signature. If I am away from the door momentarily, I don’t want it sent back to the warehouse.

If you have flowers that you have already dried yourself, I can likely still preserve them. Contact me for information before ordering.

When you place your order, you are agreeing to the understanding that some flowers change color as they dry, they may darken or change tone and some flowers just do not dry well. If you’d like to talk any specific flowers before you order then please send me a message. Some flowers may also change color slightly within the frame over time.
Please allow 0-1 cm error due to manual measurement. pls make sure you do not mind before you buy.
Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item.
All of my pieces are handmade, by me and so they will not look like they have been manufactured by machine. There will be small bubbles – and these can cause occasionally teeny pits on the side surfaces. Every piece I make is one of a kind and so I consider small imperfections to be part of the charm of a handmade memory piece.

1. DO NOT place your fresh flowers in a freezer and DO NOT let your flowers freeze.
2. If flowers or bouquets have stems, cut ¼ inch off the bottom of the stems and place in a vase of water.
3. If the flower stems are inserted into a green floral foam, moisten the foam with water.
4. Keep them out of direct sun and heat.

We also suggest letting us add greens or accent flowers, we will help you with this. These are hand-crafted, not made by machines, there may be small flaws and no two are the same. Each paperweight is very unique and special, created from your flowers or keepsakes to enjoy….
The color of your dried flowers determine the color of your finished product- Please remember, the chemical of the resin can make some of your petals look translucent or even darker.

By purchasing, you agree that I can not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages, to or from me, or damaged/undesirable outcomes during the drying and creating process. I will keep in contact with you throughout the process and if the flowers don;t arrive in good shape I will let you know and you can decide if you want to proceed with the order.

Please be aware flowers dry differently depending on the type, timing, etc. Colors may shift and blooms may shrink. I do my VERY BEST to make sure your piece is as lovely as possible, but there are some variables through the process that are out of my control. I have never had a problem, but need to make sure we understand each other.

Handmade resin creations are a labor intensive process to get the flower into position. Due to the nature of the resin making process tiny air bubbles usually occur.
Each item in my shop is made by hand and not a machine so tiny bubbles, bumps little gaps and slight imperfections are part of the unique characteristics of the resin creations!

The back or bottom side will be slightly bumpy,uneven due to a natural heating process in a resin and drying.
The front and back sides are more glossy,clear than sides around ( some kind of frosty effect).

Eventually the white roses in your bouquet, corsage or floral arrangement will begin to turn brown, a natural occurrence as the blossom starts to fade. While this happens to all roses, the browning is more evident in white roses, as there is no color to conceal the evidence of the transformation. White flowers tend to yellow as they dry, roses are no exception.Another thing to remember is to dry them before they get too old. The longer the flower has been picked the more chance there is for it to turn brown.The paperweight has slight imperfections, this is because it is handmade and everything is done by hand with handmade by me molds for resin. There may be bubbles, porosities and droplets of resin.
Since the resin is a type of plastic, is possible to have a change in color and transparency over time.The color of your dried flowers determine the color of your finished keepsake. The chemical of the resin can make some of your petals look translucent or even darker.
Some flowers change color as they dry, they may darken or change tone and some flowers just do not dry well. Some light colored flowers keep their color well but some not. Flowers tend to yellow and brown as they dry, roses are no exception.

There are many determining factors, like the freshness of the flowers when I receive them, and the conditions where the art is displayed. Pesticides and chemicals sprayed on the fresh flowers can also effect them. I have made every effort to ensure that your floral heirloom will last a lifetime; however, because these are real flowers, changes of color or fading are normal and should be expected. Bits of pollen and plants can also fall in the frame over time. To slow this process, avoid displaying your art in direct sunlight or in excessively humid conditions.
Another thing to remember is the longer the flower has been picked the more chance there is for it to turn brown.
And sometimes there is a chemical reaction in resin that affects the color of the flowers.
You never know until the product is done.
It is no a toy for kids.

- During the drying process, flowers can change color and/or shape. Bruising on flowers can also appear on resin which can occur during postage. Some flowers dry a lot better than others.
